RETURNS & FAULTY GOODS

EXCHANGES

I'm more than happy to exchange your purchase.  Here's how it works:

The item must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase.  It must be in a new, unused condition with the original packaging intact and labels and stickers attached.

Sale items are not able to be returned.

We are more than happy to provide you with a credit note for any product that you wish to return that falls under the above guidelines.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.  These are invoiced prior to the goods being reshipped.  Please note that any 'free shipping' or promotion is not applicable to the exchanged item (i.e. to reship a belt will be $10-$15).

We recommend sending your items back on a tracked courier service as we do not accept any liability for your lost goods in transit to us.

FAULTY GOODS

Aotearoa Strong will uphold its obligations as stipulated by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

All our goods are sold with a warranty and the period of this is stipulated on the product page.  If you have a faulty item we will sort this out very promptly for you - please email me and include some photos - court@aotearoastrong.co.nz

In some unique cases we will arrange repair of faulty goods local to you, this is to ensure a faster turnaround for you.
