There are two most common styles of belt; a lever belt and a prong belt.  The lever belt has a quick release lever and the prong is a typical prong belt buckle.  There are two thickness options: 10mm or 13mm.

Using a belt in your training will help to support your back, improve your bracing and core strength, allow you to lift more weight, and feel more confident in your training.
