Our own range of Aotearoa Strong powerlifting and strength training belts.  Use them for general gym training, powerlifting, weightlifting, strongman, and CrossFit.

Available styles are quick-release lever belts and double-prong belts.  Available in 10mm and 13mm thicknesses.

Use a belt to improve your strength training for squats, deadlifts, and general accessory work such as leg press, lunges, bent-over rows etc.  Improve your core activation to protect your back and also increase core strength.
