SHIPPING

If you are anything like me you don't want to wait for your new goodies, and why should you?!

I try to make my shipping all the things that I want when I buy something; cheap and chips and super speedy.

We ship Monday to Friday and occasionally skip some days 'cause holidays!  But, you can check the FB and IG page if you're worried about that, it's usually when you'd expect (stat hols) and we post them up well in advance.

Our system will email you tracking information once your order is on its way.  If you haven't received this please check your spam folder before getting in touch.


I ship using the CourierPost service.

Orders received before 10am Mon-Fir (except public holidays and days we are closed) will ship the same day.  The courier delivers weekdays, with the exception of rural addresses where there may be a 1-3 day delay depending on what service operates in your area.  There is no delivery available for Saturday.  We use an overnight service that operates within the parameters specified previously, for example and item ordered on a weekday (except a Friday) will be delivered the following day.  An item sent on a Friday is still on an overnight service however it won't be delivered until the next delivery day which is a Monday.  This also is impacted by public holidays.  Couriers do not deliver on public holidays.  So, let's use Easter weekend as an example: an item sent out on a Thursday won't be delivered until Tues as both Friday and Monday are public holidays.

My shipments are all signature required so please pop some delivery instructions in the notes at the checkout.  Please note that me writing permission to leave doesn't mean that your courier driver will leave it.  The arrangement to leave it is between you and the driver so if you haven't authorized them with a signed form they may not leave it.

If you aren't home to sign for it the driver should leave you a card to call.  SHOULD.  They don't always, much to my frustration.  I send you a tracking number via email as soon as your order is packed up, so please use to check online to see if they have you marked down as attempted delivery and ring them to tell them you didn't get a card to call!  If you have any issues at all, please email me and I will sort it out for you.

Everything I send is insured.  If there is anything wrong with your delivery please get in touch ASAP via email.  Keep the courier bag/box that it arrived in and take some photos if you can.
