WRAPS & STRAPS

Knee wraps for squats and leg training.  Can be used for exercises such as split squats, lunges, front squats, leg press.  Knee wraps support the knee joint and leg muscles.  Knee wraps help you to move more weight by providing you resistance in the movement.  Use them in your training to lift more weight.

 

Straps assist you in holding onto the bar or weights or machine handles at the gym and in your training.  You can get assistance in holding the equipment so that you can focus on training the correct muscles, rather than exerting your grip strength and forearm muscles.  You can use them for barbell movements such as deadlifts, bent-over rows, and front squats.  There are two types of straps.  The traditional loop strap has an adjustable loop to fit your wrist.  This strap is wrapped around the bar and secured by your hand gripping it.  The second type of strap is a figure 8.  This is a fixed strap that is looped around the bar and doubles over on your hand.  The sizing of a figure 8 strap is not adjustable.
